Well there are many things I feel that I can take away from my job as a camp counselor this summer.....
There are the "cool" new bad words to call my friends: such as terd nugget, butt muncher, and my personal favorite- diaper licker.
There are also the numerous new "handgames" ....that ive been told are much cooler than miss mary mac....the most popular one now is called tic tac toe and involves punching the loser... very interesting.
There are also the little kid sicknesses such as pink eye. thats right, I currently have pink eye. I was sent home from camp so that I don't get others infected. I feel like im in elementary school again. Hahaha
But its been a great experience! I'm thankful that I worked here this summer. I met a lot of adorable kids...and ive also come up with a short list of names i probally won't name my future children because it brings back memories of those not so adorable ones...No I'm just kidding but I definately had a few characters in my class. I"ll explain later :)

I remember an intern at Children's Hospital in Cincinnati getting the mumps! I'm sure he felt like a kid again, too!
Jeanne was telling me about some of your more interesting characters...ha, ha. You had your hands full this summer! Glad you found it worthwhile.

And to think-you'll be enjoying this FULL-time when you are an elementary schoolteacher! You'll need to keep your sense of humor and a healthy dose of God's grace each day:-)

Oh, I'd be interested in seeing those hand games. Aww, good ol' days. Those were entertaining to play, but the noise was exhausting.
